We’re excited to elevate the impact of our online community by introducing a new element to our 10th annual Super Forum conference this year. We’ve dubbed it HUG In-Real-Life (IRL), and I’m here to give you a sneak peek on what to expect before you arrive.

Introducing HUG IRL: The Higher Logic Users Group In-Real-Life
Higher Logic will bring all the goodness of HUG to Super Forum. That means you’ll learn what HUG is all about and what it can do for you – in person.
Super Forum is like the World Series of networking with your fellow HUG community members and industry enthusiasts. Now, HUG IRL makes it easier than ever to meet up and connect with the members you learn from in our online community every day.
As your HUG Community Manager, I’ll be at the center of the action, empowering you to seize this opportunity to connect with your fellow community members and conference attendees. *Real hugs not required
What Can Super Forum Attendees Look Forward to?
Here at Higher Logic, we understand the importance of community extends beyond the framework of an online community. (Shocking, we know.)
We want you to be able to connect with fellow HUG members, other new Super Forum friends, and maximize your ability to get the most out of your Higher Logic online community and marketing automation products.
HUG IRL is going to be an amazing time! When you arrive at Super Forum, you’ll already have a friend in me, if it’s your first Super Forum or your tenth. I’ll be there to greet you with a smile, meet you, help with any questions you may have, teach you about HUG, and maybe even take a selfie to note our first meeting. I like to call it Selfie with Shannon.
You’ll also commune with the community (get it?) in our HUG IRL lounge area, where you’re invited to come take a break or meet up with your new friends at Super Forum.
We know you’ll have a lot to talk about after a riveting Monday of pre-conference academy workshops and a full conference schedule on Tuesday and Wednesday, complete with expert consulting, dozens of educational sessions (including two from yours truly!), keynote presentations from Andrew Davis and Jeanne Bliss, insight from thought leaders like Rich Millington, and more.
To keep the energy going, the nearby coffee and refreshments bar will ensure you’re fueled up for those valuable conversations.
